Jeremiah prays that God made the heavens and earth by His great power, so nothing is too difficult for Him.

Explanation

While Jerusalem is under siege, God tells Jeremiah to buy a field (32:6-15), a sign that life in the land would return. Jeremiah prays, starting from God's power in creation. God answers with the same words: "Is anything too difficult for Me?" (32:27).
